C’mon, who doesn’t love green beans? They taste great and they’re super healthy for you. Need more convincing? This green bean recipe is a great side dish for just about anything. If you are looking for something light, I sometimes eat this with a few other vegetarian side dishes, and call it a meal! Not to mention, green beans are a good source of vitamins and minerals.

It’s hard not to love figs.  They have a very delicate flavor, and are great as appetizers as well as desserts.  This recipe complements the fig with a mild goat cheese that gives this dish a rich flavor, and a serrano ham that gives your tongue a sharp wake-up call!
